The Shalimar Gardens in Lahore are located in modern day Pakistan. They are Persian gardens which were built by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan in 1641. The word, Shalimar, means "garden of love."
The gardens feature 410 fountains. Tree varieties include almond, apple, apricot, cherry, mango, and mulberry.
The gardens are open from dawn to dusk. Admission is equivalent to about .20 cents per person.
They look absolutely regal and all those fountains...wow!

I'm not sure if that's the most in the world. The Boboli Gardens in Italy also have a lot of fountains. And yes, 20 cents is definitely going to break the bank! ;)

DeleteShalimar Garden is so beautiful i have seen this Garden last year when i go for a trip with my family. It is so attractive and interesting place to visit and not that many other beautiful places are there that look so stylish and i also recommend you that take a tour with cheap flights to Pakistan and get flight and visit here.
